How to make Thai Cucumber Salad?

To start, peel the cucumber to remove the skin. This enhances its visual appeal and eliminates the rough and slightly bitter skin, ensuring a more pleasant texture Once peeled, cut the cucumber into cubes or sticks to prepare it for the next step.

In a small bowl or a cup, mix all the dressing ingredients. Let the mixture rest for 10-15 minutes to allow the flavours to meld together.

Pour this dressing over the cucumber cubes and give it a good mix. Cover the bowl with cling film and let it chill in the fridge for 15-30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
