  • 2-3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 2-3 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 chicken stock cube
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 cup grated parmezan cheese
  • black pepper - to taste

Instructions

  • Cut the meat into small cubes and fry for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add onion, garlic, and parsley to the pan and fry for an additional 2 minutes.
  • Pour in 300ml of chicken stock and simmer for about 20 minutes until most of the liquid evaporates.
