Ingredients
250g tagliatelle
100-150g fresh or frozen spinach
400gmixed chicken meat [ breast + thighs ]
2-3tbspolive oil
1onion
2-3tbspchopped parsley
1clovegarlic
1chicken stock cube
1tbspflour
1/2cupgrated parmezan cheese
black pepperto taste
Instructions
Cut the meat into small cubes and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add onion, garlic, and parsley to the pan and fry for an additional 2 minutes.
Pour in 300ml of chicken stock and simmer for about 20 minutes until most of the liquid evaporates.
In a cup, mix water (or cream) with flour until well combined.
Pour the flour-water mixture over the meat and simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Add spinach and cook for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat, stir in grated cheese, fresh parsley, and black pepper.
