Ingredients
1packetshortcrust pastryready to roll
1cupMozzarella cheesegrated
1/2cuptomato saucepassata or tomato concentrate
2tbspolive oil
2tbsporegano
1/2tspblack pepper
1tspchili flakes
Instructions
Roll out ready made shortcrust pastry.
Lightly coat the dough with tomato sauce. Cover with grated Mozzarella cheese. Season with oregano and black pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Carefully roll up the pastry.
Cut the roll into 1/2 inch slices.
Place on a greased pan and bake for about 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C.
