200gblack pitted olives

3thick slices of baked aubergine

Instructions
Slice half an aubergine and arrange the slices on a baking tray. Drizzle the slices with a generous amount of olive oil and sprinkle them with a pinch of salt. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (180°C for fan ovens) for 20 minutes.
