1/2tspground cloves
200mlrum
200mlwater
200-300mlfull fat milk
double creamor whipped cream
Instructions
In a medium-sized pot, add soft butter, sugar, salt, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and water. Whisk well and simmer on very low heat for 20 minutes.
Turn off the heat, let it cool slightly for about 5 minutes, then add rum and stir.
Pour the mixture halfway into serving glasses. Top with hot milk and stir well.
Finish with a dollop of double or whipped cream and a dusting of nutmeg and cinnamon if desired.
