Spice up boring avocado Australian way! Quick and easy!
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 Chorizo sausage (2-3″)
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1 chili pepper
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- salt, pepper to taste
1. Peel avocado, cut it into smaller chunks and mash it with a fork.
2. Remove casing from the sausage and put the sausage meat together with red pepper and chili in a small blender. Whiz it for a few seconds, you can make it fine or slightly chunky, it depends what you serve it with.
3. Now transfer sausage and peppers to avocado, add salt, black pepper and drizzle with lemon juice, mix well.
