  1. Cut the meat in small cubes
  2. Fry it for 2-3 minutes and then add onion, garlic and parsley and fry for additional 2 minutes
  3. Add 300ml chicken stock
  4. Leave it to simmer until most of the liquid evaporise, approx 20 min
  5.  In a cup mix well small amount of water with one spoon of flour and pour over meat, stir and simmer for 2-3 min until sauce becomes thicker. Instead of flour and water you can add cream.
  6. Add spinach and cook for 2 minutes
  7. Remove from the heat and add grated cheese, fresh parsley i black pepper and stir before serving


  • 1/2 packet tagliatelle
  • 400g mixed chicken meat [ breast + thighs ]
  • olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 2-3 spoons of chopped parsley
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 chicken stock cube
  • 1 spoon of flour
  • 1/2 cup grated parmezan cheese
  • black pepper, salt to taste
  • 100g – 150g fresh or frozen spinach

I sometimes add broccoli or/and peas.
