Some festive goodies from the 2008, not really a recipe post, more like a menu suggestion/idea:
Quick roast and canapes + drinks before going out to party! I usually prepare this in the morning, then have early dinner, finish with a few glasses of sparkly and off to clubbing!
Organic pork from Lee House Farm .Prepared with cooked sauerkraut [ pickled cabbage ], potatoes and organic pork sausages from the same farm.
Followed by canapes:
1. Organic smoked salmon, dill and cream cheese
2. Sliced sausages with cheddar
3. Tuna and sweetcorn with caviar/cucumber
4. Wild smoked salmon with garlic cream cheese, lemon juice and black pepper
