Traditional Arabian dish originally from Egypt, popular all over Middle East, including Jewish Cuisine, but falafels are also well known all over the world. There are so many variations, this one is Moroccan style and based on Jamie Oliver's "15 minutes meal"

1.   Add all ingredients ( except Dip) in the food processor and mix for a few seconds, don't overdo it, you don't want a smooth paste

2.   Turn out on a plate and start shaping little balls, make sure your hands are wet so it doesn't stick.

3.   Heat oil in a deep pan and when hot add falafels and fry for about 7-8 minutes while turning them carefully. If you want to speed up the frying process, instead of balls make flat patties, like mini burgers. Take them out and put on a paper towel to drain extra oil.

4.   Prepare dip by mixing all ingredients.

Yummy snack, excellent for vegetarians!
